Welcome to ADIDAS KICKBOXING! We strive to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process and policies.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. While we work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as quickly as possible, some items may have longer processing times due to low stock. In such circumstances, you will be notified by email.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer various shipping methods with different delivery times. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery occurs in 5 to 8 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery happens in 2 to 3 business days after processing.
- Overnight Shipping: Delivery occurs the next business day after processing.
Please note that these times are estimates, and delivery times may vary.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order, the destination, and the shipping method chosen. The cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We are pleased to offer international shipping. However, please note that customs and import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges and fees are the customer's responsibility, even in cases of refusal. Also, all prices and payments are in USD.
We are pleased to offer delivery to PO Box addresses through USPS. However, if the order size exceeds the PO Box's capacity or if a different courier is selected, delivery to a PO Box may not be possible. For APO/FPO addresses, delivery is subject to the policies of the courier used. Please provide a physical address during checkout to avoid any potential delivery issues.
Please note that oversized items and certain types of products may have additional shipping restrictions.
You can track your order and delivery status in your ADIDAS KICKBOXING account if you have one. You can also use the tracking number in our email with the shipment confirmation.
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at email@example.com with a description of the damages and photographic evidence.
